Members pay a yearly registration fee and join one of the three investment portfolios. Participation fees are pooled for the first six months (Capital Formation Period) and then invested in approved businesses. Members continue participating as the businesses expand and new investments are established.

To provide flexibility, members may participate using any of the following methods:

- Daily – participate in the approved daily amount.

- Weekly – Pay the equivalent of seven days' participation.

- Monthly – Pay the equivalent monthly participation in one payment.

All participation fees are recorded in the member's individual account regardless of the payment method used.

Following the initial six-month Capital Formation Period and investment implementation, eligible members may begin receiving profit distributions from approximately Month Nine, subject to the actual performance of the investment portfolio and the BOMAKUU Profit Distribution Policy.

Member funds are protected through professional financial management, separate portfolio accounting, independent audits, strong internal controls, transparent reporting, Board oversight, and comprehensive risk management policies

BomaKuu is more than a savings programme. It is an integrated economic ecosystem where:

• Level 1 (KSh 30/day) builds supermarkets and food stores.
• Level 2 (KSh 60/day) establishes manufacturing and value addition businesses that supply the retail network.
• Level 3 (KSh 600/day) develops strategic investments such as housing, hospitals, industries, and debt rescue initiatives.
