It is not to create a debt rescue program,  not to establish a cooperative society or merely to develop housing, factories, supermarkets, or investment vehicles. All these are instruments.

Our supreme objective is.

To transform economic vulnerability into economic sovereignty through organized people, productive assets, trustworthy institutions, and generational stewardship.

Economic sovereignty exists when a people possess the capacity to:

• Finance their own development.
